AI দিয়ে message লিখলে speed বাড়ে, কিন্তু trust automatically বাড়ে না। অনেক AI message খুব polished হয়, কিন্তু client specific হয় না। এই জায়গায় human editing জরুরি।
Generic opening বাদ দিন
I hope this message finds you well সব জায়গায় লাগালে robot vibe আসে। Project context দিয়ে শুরু করুন।
Client detail যোগ করুন
Client এর brief, website, niche, goal, timeline, budget concern এগুলো message এ reflect করুন।
Proof human করুন
AI proof বানিয়ে দিতে পারে না। আপনার real experience, demo, process বা limitation honest ভাবে লিখুন।
Final edit নিজের ভাষায় করুন
